We fear what we cannot control. But control is an illusion (we control only nothing in an absolute sense). So then, fear is an illusion.
In many days, I’ve known nothing. In some moments, I perceived everything.
Time is a fabric. The now is a zipper that either orders our past and future or disembowels it.
As our knowledge has increased, so too has our desire for pleasure. Insatiable breeds the world we live in. There will never be enough and we will never stop searching for more. The feedback loop descends into lower realms of insanity and hopelessness. Ascend.
You can experience the glory of God and still not believe or fall away. But you cannot fully experience the glory of God and ever fall away. That would be to bend what is unbendable, to distort that which has is and always will be perfect; it is only possible if you have a sliver of this glory and try to hold onto it.
Of course prophets will arise in this time. But don’t listen to prophets because they are prophets; they are not prophets because they are prophets; they would be prophets if they lived the Word of God. Listen to the Word of God, in the Bible, in nature, in your mind, in the still space between the letters on the keyboard, in melodies and stanzas, in war and peace, in outrage and stifling, sterile calm.
You can have anything you want, but you have to ask. The fact that I am baptized makes this concept foolproof.
